OVERVIEW
In partnership with 333 Photo & Design and Tricycle Marketing, one of our key projects involved redesigning an app used by delivery drivers and managers, where the existing interface presented significant usability issues. The app’s cluttered design made it difficult for users to navigate and quickly access essential features, such as managing routes and updating statuses.
This design challenge led to frequent delays as users struggled to locate the necessary tools, resulting in inefficiencies and heightened frustration. The cumbersome interface hindered their ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately, ultimately affecting the overall performance of the delivery process.

In a fast-paced delivery environment, keeping customers informed is key to improving their experience. I designed a real-time tracking feature that allowed customers to monitor the status of their deliveries throughout the process. By providing updates on estimated delivery time, the current location of the driver, and the overall progress of their package, the feature enhanced transparency. This not only helped to alleviate uncertainty but also empowered customers with the information they needed to plan their day, leading to increased satisfaction and trust in the service.

SELF-SERVICE OPTIONS
Understanding that every customer has unique needs and schedules, I designed a flexible delivery options feature that empowered users to customize their experience. Customers can now choose from various delivery methods, including selecting specific time slots or opting for pickup locations. This added flexibility not only catered to their individual preferences but also provided a more personalized and convenient service, helping to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

CUSTOMER SURVEY MODAL
To better understand the customers and refine service offerings, I implemented a customer survey module designed to capture deeper insights into their needs and preferences. The UI was thoughtfully crafted to make the feedback process as seamless as possible, ensuring users could easily share their thoughts without any friction. By streamlining the survey experience, we not only gathered valuable data but also created an efficient way to inform future strategic decisions, allowing the team to continually enhance the customer experience based on real-time feedback.

APP FOR DRIVERS
The delivery management app was designed with the driver in mind, prioritizing efficiency, real-time updates, and ease of navigation. I focused on creating a seamless experience that helped drivers stay organized and on track throughout their shifts. The app provides clear, step-by-step instructions for each delivery, optimizes routes for the quickest path, and includes communication tools to stay in touch with customers and the support team. By streamlining these core functions, the app ensures that drivers can manage their tasks effectively, reducing stress and allowing them to complete deliveries faster and more accurately.
