Overview

As a UI Designer at a web agency, I worked closely with an Art Director to refresh the interface of a delivery management platform used by dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams. I focused on cleaner layouts, clearer navigation, and visual patterns that made everyday tasks like planning routes or checking delivery statuses feel easier and more intuitive.

Business Goal

Redesign the delivery driver and manager app to improve usability, streamline navigation, and ensure quick access to essential features like route management and status updates.

Outcome

The redesign eliminated delays by making tools easy to find, reduced inefficiencies, and minimized user frustration, enabling delivery drivers and managers to complete tasks more quickly and accurately and improving overall delivery performance.

Customer Survey Modal
