I worked with a web agency as their UI/UX and Visual Designer for a client’s hiring platform, helping build it from the ground up. Along with another UX Designer, I collaborated with the client’s Chief Product Officer to translate user needs and business goals into clear, engaging interfaces. From dashboards to job posting flows, I focused on crafting a consistent, intuitive experience that felt polished, professional, and easy for recruiters, employers, and candidates to use.
Business Goal
Build a new unified platform from the ground up that delivers an intuitive, efficient, and scalable experience for recruiters, candidates, and employers despite the complexity of their interconnected workflows.
Outcome
By simplifying complex workflows and breaking tasks into clear, manageable steps, I helped shape a user-friendly platform that enabled users to navigate the system efficiently and with confidence.
Made important information quickly accessible, ensuring easy access to critical candidate and job data.
Enabled faster candidate selection and hiring decisions by making it easier to review, shortlist, and hire candidates quickly.
Organized content and workflows in a clear, structured way to support quick, efficient use across the platform.
Design Process
UX Research
I analyzed UX research from interviews with recruiters and job seekers, as well as observations of existing hiring workflows. It became clear that posting jobs and reviewing applications often involved too many steps, dashboards were cluttered, and candidates struggled to track their applications. These insights helped me identify ways to streamline job posting, simplify dashboards, and create clearer application flows, making the platform faster, more intuitive, and easier for everyone to use.

Design Solutions
Dashboard Design
The dashboard acts as the main hub for tracking roles, reviewing candidates, and managing tasks. I designed a clean, intuitive layout that highlights the most important actions, helping hiring managers quickly find what they need.
Schedular Module
I was tasked with designing the Scheduler Module, a tool to help recruiters efficiently manage their availability and coordinate meetings with ease. My goal was to create an effortless and flexible user interface that allowed recruiters to set availability windows, view attendee details, and define appointment durations all in a clear, streamlined experience.
Colour Palette
I created a new color palette that refreshed the brand and improved interface usability. Beyond aesthetics, I focused on accessibility, clarity, and visual harmony, choosing colors with strong contrast for readability and assigning tones that clearly guided users through actions and statuses.
Detailed UI Design
Designing for a platform that served multiple user types such as recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates required more than a polished interface. My role was to create a UI that was visually appealing, functional, intuitive, and easy to navigate across different user journeys.
Landing Pages
I was responsible for designing high-impact landing pages that played a key role in Crowdstaffing’s digital marketing efforts. Each page was built with a clear goal in mind: drive conversions. Aligning design decisions with marketing objectives allowed me to create landing pages that were not only visually engaging but also highly effective in turning visitors into qualified leads.
Angelo has been assigned to numerous accounts, one of which is Zenith Talent and their product; Crowdstaffing. He has been able to handle the interface designs for their product while extending their brand into new and different areas of the application.
